The generated content is based on the information entered by the user and an AI-assisted text generation system.

The generated documents do not constitute legal, normative, or professional advice.
They do not replace independent review by qualified professionals.
Responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and normative conformity of the created documents lies solely with the user.
3. No Guarantee of Audit Conformity
IATF Solutions does not warrant that the generated documents meet the requirements of a specific audit, a particular OEM, or a specific certification body.
Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs) of individual OEMs may deviate from the standard requirements stored in the tool.
The user is obliged to review the generated documents for conformity with the applicable customer requirements before use.
4. Limitation of Liability
For damages arising from the use of generated documents, in particular in connection with audit findings, certification processes, or customer complaints. IATF Solutions is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Despite careful prompt design and validation logic, individual formulations may be incomplete or not optimally tailored to the specific case.
Users are advised to review all generated content before use and adapt it as necessary.
6. No Permanent Data Storage
In the standard operating mode (No-Storage Mode), entered data is processed exclusively for the duration of the session and is not stored permanently.
After the session ends, all entered data is irreversibly deleted.
